About Jodie Monebrake

I love helping clients buy and sell homes! I am so grateful that I get to do this every day! I got my start in this business with my late husband and mentor, Jeff Monebrake. With his experience and passion for real estate and development, I learned so much. I'm privileged to carry on what was always our goal of being the best resource and guide for our clients, while offering outstanding service, sense of urgency and superior negotiation skills. These are all so crucial, especially in this ever changing market. Jeff had a great passion for land and I am honored to continue that legacy by working with clients that are looking for land to build their dream home or those that have land to sell and are looking for the best way to make the most of what they have. We were married for twenty years and started out in Fairfield County where Jeff grew up. But then we moved to Delaware County in 2010 for the great opportunities this growing area offered. We found a special place to call home on 10 acres in Sunbury that we called Triple J Farm. Our son, Jordan, attended Big Walnut High School and was an avid runner, participating in Cross Country and Track & Field. Once Jeff passed away, I followed through with our original plan to build a small, country subdivision on our land. Now this special place has become home to other families that I'm certain will love raising their kids in Sunbury. In my free time I love to travel, when I can, especially to the Low Country area of South Carolina. But most of the time I can be found trotting all over central Ohio assisting buyers and sellers.
